Business Developer
We’re looking for a curious and commercially minded Business Developer who wants to help shape Elevate’s next chapter across the Nordics. If you enjoy working where production and digital marketing meets automation and AI-driven workflows — and you love turning possibilities into partnerships — this might be your place.
As our Business Developer, you’ll be right at the heart of how we grow. You’ll help bring our offering to market, strengthen our position within the NoA network, and build relationships that turn into long-lasting client collaborations. No two weeks will look the same — and that’s exactly what makes the role exciting.
Most days, you’ll be working with:
70% – Sales & client relationships
Building and managing pipeline
Meeting clients and identifying new opportunities
Leading pitches and driving new business
20% – Strategy & offering development
Shaping and refining Elevate’s commercial offering
Exploring market expansion opportunities
Supporting marketing efforts (LinkedIn, Elevate Website 2.0)
10% – Creative collaboration
Working with production and creative teams
Turning ideas and briefs into clear commercial solutions
To thrive here, you’re probably someone who:
Has a few years of experience from business development, production, content or media sales, consulting or partnerships
Understands production processes — and knows how to translate them into clear commercial opportunities
Naturally builds trust and strong relationships and are a§ “people's person”
Enjoys collaborating with both commercial, prodcution and creative teams
Communicates clearly in Swedish (bonus if you know another Nordic language)

Workplace & Culture
From 2020 NoA Elevate has its own studio in the house on Tulegatan 13 where we can visualize our clients’ small and medium-sized photo and film productions. We have film- and still photographers, creatives, animators, re-touchers and producers who tailor each production based on each customer’s needs and ambitions. And we love to experiment with fun and challenging ideas.
