Expansion & Sales Lead
We’re looking for a driven and curious Expansion & Sales Lead to help shape Elevate’s next chapter of growth in the Nordics. In this role, you’ll be a key force in turning our strategic and creative strengths into scalable business value—through smart packaging, compelling storytelling and meaningful client partnerships.
You combine commercial sharpness with strategic and creative sales thinking and experience. You’re driven by creating real client value, achieving ambitious goals, and you look forward to the challenge of expanding our offering across the Nordics.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a hands-on and strategic role, including:
Has proven experience in sales, business development or client leadership within the creative, production, marketing, or consulting industries within the creative, marketing, or consulting industries
- Developing competitive offerings that position Elevate as a go-to partner for both new and existing clients with Elevate and The North Alliance.
- Leading and contributing to pitches, client development initiatives and market expansion efforts
- Building long-term relationships that drive client satisfaction and business growth
- Working closely with leadership to shape Elevate’s sales strategy and market expansion roadmap
- Supporting Elevate’s marketing and growth activities such as: LinkedIn campaigns,events & thought-leadership initiatives, elevate Website 2.0 – showcasing our new creative cases and offerings
- Helping define and promote Elevate’s future-facing position within AI-driven creativity and transformation

How You’ll Spend Your Time
- 70% Sales & client relationships – building pipeline, leading pitches and driving new business
- 20% Strategic focus – developing offerings and market expansion plans
- 10% Creative collaboration – working with our teams to shape and present solutions
Who You Are
We believe you’re someone who:
- Has proven experience in media sales, creative sales, business development or partnership within the creative, marketing, or consulting industries
- Understands creative and strategic processes—and can translate them into clear commercial opportunities
- Has a natural ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Combines a strategic mindset with a hands-on drive to deliver results
- Communicates with clarity and confidence in Swedish (A Nordic language skills are a plus)

From 2020 NoA Elevate has its own studio in the house on Tulegatan 13 where we can visualize our clients’ small and medium-sized photo and film productions. We have film- and still photographers, creatives, animators, re-touchers and producers who tailor each production based on each customer’s needs and ambitions. And we love to experiment with fun and challenging ideas.
